PkDiscounts Refund Policy

Welcome to PkDiscounts! We strive to ensure that our customers have a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 3 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received your purchase.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund request.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

3. Refund Process

  • Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@pkdiscounts.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Approval: Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@pkdiscounts.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at admin@pkdiscounts.com with details of the defect or damage, and we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
